Membership Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellation at TBD is self-managed. There is no need to send emails or WhatsApp messages requesting approval. It is your responsibility to manage your billing cycle and cancel or pause your membership if you plan to take a temporary break.

For example, if you subscribe to a monthly membership on the 13th of this month, auto-pay will charge your card on the 12th of the following month. If you wish to discontinue classes, please cancel your membership in your account before the next billing date. If you forget to cancel your membership before the next billing cycle renews, the charge will still apply. No exceptions and no refunds.

You can simply:

1. Log in to your account
2. Cancel your membership before the next billing cycle

(Cancel Memberships)

1. Navigate to your profile in the TBD Club website (www.thetbdclub.me)
2. Select My profile -> Purchases -> Memberships.
3. Select the specific item, then choose More > Cancel Membership.
4. Confirm the cancellation to stop future auto-renewals.

Note: If the option is unavailable, you may need to contact us directly.

Please ensure that the credit card on file is active and up to date to avoid any issues if the card expires.

Refunds & Prorated Adjustments

Sorry, we do NOT offer refunds, rescheduling for missed classes, or prorated adjustments.

Drop-in booking

Once you book a drop-in class at a particular location, you are expected to stick to the schedule.

However, you are allowed to reschedule up to 24 hours before the class time. You are welcome :)

If you miss the class, you lose it. Thank you for understanding!!!

3. You can reschedule to another date from here.

Class Cancellation Policy

TBD Club reserves the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances.

If this happens, a makeup class will be offered as an alternative.

General Instructions

Be regular in attending classes.

Consistency is key to learning and improving.

Be on time.

Rule of thumb: if you know you will be more than 20 minutes late to the class, we recommend turning around and heading home. Repeating choreography for one person is not fair to the other students in the room or the instructor.

Cameras.

We strongly recommend recording yourself during the last 10–15 minutes of class. The TBD Club will also try to capture some recordings, but please do not rely solely on them.

Shoes are recommended, unless otherwise mentioned in the WhatsApp group for a specific song.

Dress comfortably, but please avoid inappropriate clothing in class.

Please avoid unnecessary WhatsApp messages or emails regarding refunds, prorated adjustments, or cancellations. Everything is self-managed on the website.
